[Bug]: UI doesn’t show notifications

Steps to reproduce

To reproduce:

1. In staging login under any user with PayEngine integration. Open WebSocket messages in DevTools to notice any server-send notifications.
2. Navigate to Payments → Invoices and create new invoice.

What was the expected behavior?

Once notification is received (it may happen right on logic or few seconds after generating invoice) toast with notification text and clickable link is appeared.
